Nathan Amoyelle is the founder and CEO of Northway Equities. He serves on the Investment Committee and is primarily responsible for the firm's investment decisions and internal operations.

Nathan has been active in the real estate industry since 2011, with over a decade of experience in real estate investments and transactions. Prior to founding Northway Equities, he was an investment sales broker in the New York area. Nathan actively utilizes his comprehensive industry relationships and negotiation skills to originate direct investment opportunities and provide structuring expertise, financing experience and price structuring for all investments.

Nathan is active in his community, serving as a volunteer EMT with Hatzalah Rockaways & Nassau. He is a real estate junkie at heart and is known to discuss deals 24/7 whether on vacation or at the dinner table.

Yekusiel "Kus" Sebrow is the Vice President of Northway Equities. He serves on the Investment Committee and is primarily responsible for the firm's strategic and financial development and execution of its investment management programs.

Kus has been active in the real estate industry since the mid-2000s, with over 15 years of experience in real estate investment and finance. Prior to joining Northway Equities as Vice President, he served as a commercial mortgage broker from 2007 through 2010. After leaving he went on to become an investment sales broker in the New York area, having successfully completed transactions across diverse market segments.

Kus volunteers for Aish Israel and Triumph Leadership, to help coordinate activities for IDF soldiers visiting the United States. An avid musician, in his spare time he enjoys playing piano and electric bass.

Steven Elefant is the Director Of Acquisitions for Northway Equities. He is primarily responsible for the firm's acquisitions, dispositions and underwriting.

Steven has been active in the real estate industry since 2018. Steven has built a reputation for his deal sourcing and relationships with brokers and owners alike. Prior to joining Northway Equities, he was an investment sales agent having completed over $150 million in transactions in his short career.

Steven moved to Boca Raton, Florida in the fall of 2021 to head the Florida office and is very involved in community outreach programs. In his free time, you will find him on the Golf course or cheering on his favorite New York sports teams.
